Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy outlines the cancellation and refund terms for services booked through Wheeling North-East. We aim to be fair and transparent in all our dealings.

1. Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your booking by contacting us via WhatsApp (+91 9859091909) or email. Refund amounts depend on the notice period:

• 48+ hours before trip: Full refund of advance payment.
• 24–48 hours before trip: 50% refund of advance payment.
• Less than 24 hours before trip: No refund. The advance amount will be forfeited.
• No-show (without notice): No refund.

2. Cancellation by Wheeling North-East

In rare cases, we may cancel or reschedule a booking due to:

• Vehicle breakdown or unavailability.
• Severe weather conditions, landslides, or road closures.
• Government-imposed travel restrictions.
• Driver unavailability due to emergency.

In all such cases, you will receive a full 100% refund of any advance paid, or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

3. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, cyclones)
• Epidemics or pandemics
• Political unrest, strikes, or curfews
• Government orders or travel bans

In such cases, refunds will be processed on a case-by-case basis, and rescheduling will be offered wherever possible.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds for online payments (Razorpay) will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
• Cash advances will be refunded via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) within 7 business days.
• You will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp/email once the refund is initiated.

5. Trip Modifications

• Date changes are free of charge if requested 48+ hours before the trip.
• Changes to vehicle type or destination may result in price adjustments.
• Modifications requested less than 24 hours before the trip are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Partial Cancellations

For multi-day tour packages, if you wish to cut short the trip mid-way:

• No refund will be provided for unused days.
• Early return transport will be arranged at actual cost.
